You have a special condition or are in the process of healing and need personalized sequences.

Private Yoga Classes

Prior to our private classes I will ask you if there is anything you wish to work on to create a sequence for you. We’ll meet online on Zoom to practice for 75′ or 90′. During the class I will follow you on a tablet to guide you and correct you throughout the sequence.
